At no point in the video to you see the cobras mouth open,it seems only to be whacking its head on the baby and snakes have more than 2 teeth, if it had struck, even de-fanged it would still hurt. Less work than devenomization. Its important to teach children respect and gain experience from as early on as possible - so there isn't a horrible accident later. When not removed a snake charmer or owner stays out of bite range unless the snake is in control. Might put out the kid's eye though - those strikes are pretty quick ;o.
