Children Leashed

I guess there could be a debate on whether or not even putting your child on a leash is parent fail, but when you take that leash and tie it up to a chair or fence, there really is no doubt…

if you are far behind your mom/dad on a leash someone could easily cut it and then take your child.

My mom held me on a leash when I was a kid, but I never was tied up.
Just held.
I turned out just fine.

And, my parents put me on a leash BECAUSE I would keep running away in big areas like the mall.
I grew up in a big city so that wouldn’t be good if I got lost.
So, yeah.

I was on a leash, but I figured out how to take it off. My mom had to make sure she could hear if the velcro was being pulled apart. Darn that noisy velcro.

Hahaha, yeah putting it on objects like chairs or fences is bad but I think that leashes are sometimes necessary O_o
As long as you keep the kid in front/near you at all times of course.

You can leash your child but you can’t leave s/he alone! Its easy to cut the rope and take your child! And one the second picture it may not seem like it but you can actually steal the child because, 1. The mom is not looking 2. It looks way to loud if the child screams trying to get you to save her.

@bethann… You don’t understand the need for a child leash? I will borrow you my 4yr old son for one day, then you shall understand lol. Trust me some kids are so energetic and want to know everything about everything that when you are in a large public setting a leash is needed. However the one for my son is short soft and connects to a stuffed animal back pack that buckles, and I would never tie him to anything!
