Parents sure come up with a variety of inventive ways to commit parent fail by hanging their kids in different ways. Using the coat hanger is another one.

In the town I live in a little girl was killed by her parents this way when they didn’t want to deal with her crying anymore. When she finally passed out, her slump caused her clothes to strangle her. I know this is a staged photo, but I do not find it funny at all.
