I would have a glass every couple of days. it helped me relax because stress is worse than the occasional glass of wine when you are pregnant. I also wore my belly button ring until i was 7 1/2 months, and even then I would put it in every so often so it wouldn't close. That does look like apple juice though. There was one student who went on and on about how it was okay to drink while pregnant because his mom drank a lot while he was gestating. He called the teacher stupid for suggesting that drinking while pregnant was a bad idea. He would know too – since that was the second time he took the class!
