They do one of three things: submerge just the body and leave the head out of the water, submerge just the top and back of the head and leave everything else (including face) out, or they sprinkle water onto the forehead. I'm a Methodist, and typically EVERYONE just gets water sprinkled onto their forehead. Baptism is symbolic, you don't HAVE to be submerged. I guess they’re always ready for fires.
