it’s not staged – i’ve seen a lot of parents do this.

the first time i saw this, i was so appalled that i walked up to the parent and asked her why she find the need for to leash her children. she told me to mind my own business, and that i won’t understand what it’s like having to handle three kids all at once.

i told her that other people can cope, so if she can’t then maybe she shouldn’t have had so many.

I have no problem with kids on a leash but OMG dragging the child around? I wonder if the cops were called.

I believe that more parents should leash their kids. It’s a great idea.
I also believe in whipping. It’s time for whipping to make a comeback

When i was like 3 i was put on a leash/harness type thing but it was for my own could as i loved sprinting off away from my parents and doing my own thing like touch everything

I didnt ever leash my child, but I did spank him, ONLY if he was bad. BUT I would say that had I leashed him-I don’t think I’d drag him through a store. UNLESS everytime we went somewhere he was falling down expecting to get (the wrong kinf) of attention from me. Then yes-I’d ignore his behaviour and keep on walkin….This lady on the other hand just seemes pissed….

This happened right down the street from my house, it was on the news. The mother was arrested for child endangerment. When questioned as to why she did it, she said she was very sick and the kid wouldn’t stop screaming…so she dragged him around the store (as if THAT helped!).

This is unacceptable. I am 23, and not yet a mother, though my boyfriend has a 6 year old little girl. I can’t imagine EVER dragging her around like that– it’s just cruel. Be a parent, pick up your damn kid, and remove him from the store!
