That’s South Korea. Very common here. The skeeter trucks and mopeds go streaming by and everyone just ignores it. It freaks me out but it doesn’t seem to bother the locals.

OH my gosh! My neighbor’s kids used to play in that all the time when I was growing up! They were stupid people anyway you looked at it. My mom would just shake her head and bring us indoors. You can only tell someone that pesticide mist is bad for your kids so many times…
