It looks like that boy is about to pull one of those knives from the wall and either throw it back or show mom what he really thinks of the family business.

I think its fake – he is not really throwing any knives. I saw this years ago on TV. They don’t throw the knife but drop is behind their back and on the board where the kid is standing ‘knives’ pop out from little slots.
At least I hope thats what they are doing here!
