Not only does this dive look dangerous, he is obviously breaking the rules, and worst of all his parent is promoting the rule breaking. Good job Dad…you fail.

If it says no diving, you are still allowed to jump in. This kid is not breaking the rules. Plus he is way too young to have any kids, so it would not have been a parenting fail anyway.
