Tool is a band. How is wearing a band shirt bad parenting? It doesn’t have swears or inappropriate graphics. It has a picture of a wrench and says “TOOL” on it.
You could make the argument that the wrench looks phallic, but I’m sure a child wouldn’t pick up on that until they are at least out of grade school.
