the car seat is leaning forward so probly not straped in very tight and in an accidant that kid would be dead or severly injured kids dont belong in convertables with the tops down and same for the truck

There is nothing wrong with this. The seat is strapped to a normal backseat of a car. It just happens to be in the open air.

Nothing wrong with this at all, Hell i was 1 1/2 strapped in a car seat, careening down the side of a mountain with my dad in his Jeep!! To this day i am a jeep fanatic, and off roading fanatic!! Kudos Dad, Keep the top off, and pavement from under your tires!!
