We don’t even really know if she actually puffed on it. It’s no where near her mouth in the picture. She could just be posing with it.

Its obvious that she is just posing with it. Its when I see this happening in real life that my blood starts to boil. I will never understand it. Also when people smoke near their children I have the urge to throw a bucket of water over them.
