I guess it’s better than putting the baby on the ground, but a little preplanning would have been better

judging by the look of this picture I’m guessing that this may be in a country where money is Very hard to come by and people live in shacks. If this is the case that may be the best the parent could have done at the time. Not sure I would condem that

I don’t see any parent fail here, the baby is safe and comfortable enough, as lis said in poorer countries people often don’t have access to strollers, diapers, etc etc…neither did our gran granparents yet their kids survived, uh?

looks like clean blankets/pillows in a stable load baring peice of equipment. Kids don’t die from dirt.
